The separate bedrooms and bathroom were appreciated, the location near the dunes was excellent, the pool was clean, and the staff was amazing.

One minor issue I encountered was the cold water in the swimming pool during my stay in January. It would have been nice to have a heated pool during the cooler months.

We had a fantastic stay at this place right by the bus stops and close to Cita shopping centre and the airport bus terminal, plus there was a separate bedroom.

I would stay here again, because I liked it and it's a nice place for exploring tourist spots around.

Best aspects of my stay were the excellent location, with bars, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. Another positive aspect was the modern and clean apartments, which had everything I needed for self-catering. the staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which made them uncomfortably warm. Leaving the patio door and bedroom window open helped, but closing the patio door when going out was necessary, resulting in a stuffy room upon return.

I always stay at the same place in Playa del Ingles. The staff helped me find my lost ring on my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, airport shuttle, TV, hiking, wind surfing. Perfect for my city trips.
